Gratitude is an essential step in manifesting. Gratitude reinforces focus and helps create strategies to shift into a more positive space. A simple and effective way to develop gratitude is to write down three things that you are grateful for every day. This could be done in the morning upon waking to help give structure to the day ahead or done at night to reflect on the positive things that may have happened throughout your day. Energy is currency; an exchange system. When we “pay” attention with positivism, gratitude, and receptivity, we become open to receiving those things and more. If you are grateful for what you have, then essentially you don’t experience “lack” in a negative way. You understand that what you desire is within reach. The feeling of scarcity is replaced with the feeling of abundance through the notion of “true gratitude”.
Gratitude can be expressed verbally by speaking the things you want into existence, but I prefer keeping a gratitude journal. Keeping records of things that you are grateful for gives you something to reflect on when you might need encouragement or simply reflecting on your growth. Try to commit to 21+ days to train your brain to become present, it will create new patterns for you.
